Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and manuals.
Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or returned without original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
If any items or accessories are missing, a partial deduction may apply.
