JMMD offers 30-day conditional returns on eligible items. Return requests must be reviewed and approved by JMMD Support before any item is sent back.

Eligible items must be unused or in acceptable return condition, with original packaging, accessories, and order information when possible. Items that are heavily used, damaged after delivery, missing major parts, or returned without approval may not qualify.

Contact JMMD Support with your order number, order email, product name, and a brief description of the reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Refund timing depends on return approval, item inspection, and your original payment method. After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed according to the eligible refund amount and payment provider timing.
