Shipping Policy

JMMD orders ship from our U.S. warehouse and are delivered by FedEx to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to eligible residential and business street addresses in the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations not supported by our carrier.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing and Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after the order is placed. This estimate includes 1–2 business days for order processing and carrier transit time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, high order volume, or destination.

Tracking Information

After your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Carrier tracking may take 24–48 hours to display the first update.

Address Accuracy and Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. JMMD is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
